Barangay 12 is one (1) of the Urban Barangay which is geographically located within the heart of the City Proper wherein big commercial establishments abound. It has a total land of 8, 0763 hectares. Under our jurisdiction, it is formed a letter J Barangay which consist of two (2) Puroks namely Purok Mailpayon and Purok Masinadyahon. It is bounded on the Northwest by Barangay 10, on the East is Barangay 21 passing along Gonzaga San Juan Streets, on the North along Rizal-Lacson Streets is Barangay 11 and o the Southeast along Locsin Street is Barangay 37. On the Southwest is Barangay 13 along Luzuriaga-Locsin Streets. The famous “Manokan Country” can also be found in the Barangay and native delicacy of the residents of Bacolod.
