ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION

 

FUNCTIONS:

A. Assists in the planning, supervising and coordinating of the      Administrative   activities and functions of the office

B. Facilitates requests on various CPDO documents like the CLUP, SEP,

  Data Bank,  Bacolod Trends and the like

C. Prepares vouchers with supporting documents on all financial obli-

  gations of the office

D. Organizes meetings of the CDC, provides secretarial services in the      preparation of notices & other needs in the meetings

E. Serves as the coordinating body among all divisions
