Barangay 10 is situated  within the heart of the city intersecting along San Juan- Burgos Street. It is bounded by Barangay 12 along San Juan Street, Barangay 11 Southeast along Burgos- Gatuslao Streets. Its spans trough Mambuloc Creek,  to  Bredco(Bac-Rec. Area).

Barangay 10 as in most Urban Barangay in the City Experiences fluctuation in its population. Due to the influx of squatters from the country side looking for jobs in the city in and Barangay 10 being near the Downtown Area and because of the presence of the SM Mall and the Bredco port, Barangay 10 has a slight increase in population and because of the business development and of urban planning forty-eight (48) households ware demolished last August 2009 and were transferred to the Abada Escay Relocation Site.
