It is the MISSION of the leadership of Barangay Sum-ag to fulfill the mandate of the barangay officials, which is to disseminate Awareness, Availment and Satisfaction in the delivery of basic services in the barangay level.

 

With the meager resources of Barangay Sum-ag.

It is VISION of the leadership of Barangay Sum-ag to work for and attain lasting peace and sustainable progress in the community. Also to develop livelihood and scholarship programs out of its own budget and to support and implement livelihood programs from the City and National level to include livelihood and scholarship programs from the NGOs to alleviate the living conditions of more families in the community. In addition to the concentrated thrust on scholarship and livelihood, the realization of the Dream Plan to establish a Tesda Satellite Training Center in the Barangay to provide opportunities fo the Sum-aganons in the field of foreign placements and employments. The present effort to the leadership of Barangay Sum-ag to reclaim the shorelines of Barangay Sum-ag from Barangay Punta taytay that could possibly offer industrial opportunities to the Sum-aganons. Lastly, to explore the potentials of the Barangay based institutions such as the BCBP, BADAC, BSWMC and the other BBIS to help attain a healthy, peaceful and prosperous community.
