Barangay Singcang is geographically located in the Western portion of Bacolod City. It is bound by Guimaras Strait on the West; Barangay Alijis on the Southeast; Northwest of Barangay Taculing; Southward of Barangay Tangub and South of the City Proper. It is 2.7 kilometers away from the city proper and almost fifteen (15) minutes ride.
