Barangay Mandalagan  is geographically bounded by Barangay Banago in the west, Barangay Estefania in the east, Barangay Villamonte in the southeast and Barangay Bata in the north. Barangay Mandalagan is situated  just a few minutes drive north from the heart of Bacolod City.
