We envision Barangay 24 to be a model Urban Barangay with regards to the Clean and Green Project of the City Government of Bacolod with a stable Peace and Order Community.

            Our Goal is to provide our people/constituents with the basic social services, livelihood for the less fortunate, provision of adequate infrastructure facilities and transparent and good governance.
