As a dynamic operating mechanism of the government, in the delivery of social, economic, spiritual and infrastructure services, we the Sangguniang Barangay should have an honest, harmonious, efficient and transparent Barangay Governance in the implementation of the policies, programs, plans, projects and activities for the development and improvement of standard of living and transformation of lives of families from different walks of life.
