Barangay 25 is located within the center of the City of Bacolod. It is bounded on the north by Gonzaga Street, on the east by Mabini Street, on the South by Luzuriaga Street and on the west by Lacson Street. It has a total land area of 4.0052 hectares.

 

Barangay 25 has a total population of 2,600 persons, comprising of 148 households and evenly distributed in two (2) puroks. Fourty three (43) percent of the population are professionals, proprietors of small and medium scale industries or gainful workers such as technicians, sales persons, waiters/ waitresses and laundry women. The other        57% comprises students, volunteers to non-governmental agencies, senior citizens and housekeepers.

 

With the rapid expansion of business establishments and continued development of the Barangay, it is envisioned that Barangay 25 would be a commercial center for years to come.
