In the next three years, Barangay Alangilan desires to provide the basic Social, Economic, Infrastructure and other Basic Services under the spirit of transparency and good governance.                     

 

          It is the mission of the leadership to deliver the basic services the constituents need.

 

          The major goal is to develop Barangay Alangilan into a Summer Capital and Eco-Tourism Center of Bacolod City.

 

          Barangay Alangilan is traditionally an Agricultural Barangay and the Vegetable Bowl of Bacolod City. Today there are lots of Fighting Cock Breeding farms in surrounding puroks. Having produced the best game fowl for Derby audience, it is being called the Home of the best Fighting Cocks. It is also the destination of tourists due to the presence of the Spring Water Swimming Resorts.
